Scrapbooking toy...

Ok, Michele...you are a bad influence on me!

At work yesterday I went up to visit her in her office and she told me about this very cool new die cutting machine. It's called the Cricut and it's the latest toy from Provo Craft. Once I took a look at the demonstrations on the website, I was hooked. My birthday is late next month and I think this will be #1 on my list when my dear hubby asks me what I want. Of course, that is if I don't buy it first myself!

If you're a scrapbooker, you'll have to check out the demonstration videos on the website. Julie, I consider you the scrapbook queen, have you seen this in action yet?

I have seen it and it is very cool. I can see why you would want it and I hope your DH gets it for you, you deserve it! I am holding out for one that works with the fonts on your computer, so you have lots of options. It is VERY pricey too, though, www.wishblade.com

Hi! Was just noticing in your sidebar that you put in LID's, which is very cool. Mine is 7-20-05 but I notice you had it listed as August - I can't have anymore days added on to this wait : ) !! I'm sure you understand!

Hey my birthday is also next month (7/16) and was planning on it being a birthday present. However, :D Micheal's has it on sale this week for $250 so I'm thinking I won't make it until then. Yes, yes, we've already established I'm a bad influence.

I saw that and actually had it on order for me. I was literally sweating as I placed the order and buyer's remorse was getting to me. I went to AC Moore's and they had this one http://www.xyron.com/enUS/Categories/Xyron_Personal_Cutting_System.html (sorry, I don't know how to insert a cute link) It was on sale and they gave me a 40% coupon so it was a bargain at just over $100.00. The other is way cooler but this is a tiny stepping stone for me :)
