Thank you for all your kind words about not looking like a grandma! I always thought I looked younger than my age, but as the years creep away I think I'm losing that a bit. I know I technically can be a grandma, but I guess it just bugs me that people just jump to that conclusion without thinking. That's the key...people feel the need to open their mouths without thinking. I guess I'd better get real used to it.
Here's my little shopper at it again. If she sees me with a bag, she grabs it and wants to carry it on the side of the stroller. She carried this one all the way to the car and kept it the entire time while in her car seat.
What's funny is she doesn't even pull anything out of it...she just wants to hold it.
This evening she thought it was funny to walk around with momma's slippers on...
and then she loved her horsey-back ride with baba...
and then some snuggling time...

So adorable. And Joe looks like he's over the moon. :)
I love the pictures of your little shopper!
TOOO CUTE..
Looks like Lauren is loving LIFE..
She is sooo cute..
Love the new header..
Have a great week.
too funny about the shopping bags!
she looks SO happy! what a difference from just a few weeks ago. :)
STILL irked for you. If you're a grandma, then what am I? A teen mom?
Love the pictures of your little doll. You and Joe seem so happy and I am so happy for you. You two deserve it. Lauren is doing so well. How wonderful that you let her get over her "hard stage" while in China and now the real girl shines forth.
Hugs.
She's such a little sweetie, isn't she!! Great photos and like your new blog look!
Have a fun rest of the week!
Janet
Your girl is stylin', as we knew she would be:)
Love how she holds the bag, too cute!
Love the pictures! How's Lauren doing with Lucy?
What a cute! I think you are raising a little shopaholic!! LOL
Lauren always has such a smile in her pictures. It looks like she has adjusted well, or at least you haven't posted anything bad.
Glad you are enjoying your time together.

My goodness Donna...you have Mommy written all over your face...she just didn't take the time to look at you! Grandma? I don't think so!
She looks so darn happy :)
What a beautiful little girl and such a sweet smile. She looks like she's adjusting so well to all the changes.
If anyone asks you again if you're the grandmother, tell them you're the great-grandmother and walk away....leave them wondering! LOL
Sharon
Her smile just brightens everything around her.
I'm so happy for you all.
Don't despair. I was 44 when my daughter was born so I've heard all the same comments. I never had a snappy comeback! As she gets older, the grandma comments have stopped. I guess it all evens out at some point.
I agree, I'm old enough to be a grandma, but the possiblity of an older mom never occurred to these people????
