Sunday evening we had a couple of friends over and we all prepared a Chinese dinner. I decided we'd try
egg flower soup,
garlic chicken, and
kung pao beef. There was lots of chopping, slicing, and measuring going on. Here's Linda and Miyoung doing some prep work...

Then the cooking begins...

Miyoung brought over all the ingredients for spring rolls and showed us how to put these together.
