The first time I went over to check on Jaci, I propped the cage door opened and changed her food and water. She didn't look like she wanted to come out, so I did a quick check on the rest of the house. When I got back, she was out of her cage and standing on the living room floor. I sat on the sofa, and she waddled right over to me. After that, we were friends. I've been over to see her a few times now...I still wear my leather gloves, but I'm not as scared of her anymore.

She's made friends with Joe too...

Now on to the wishes part...check out the newest page of Lauren's wish book here.

a BIRD? She got a BIRD? As much as I love to hear the birds sing in the morning outside my window, birds in houses terrify me.
Any hotels near you guys? ;).
Jennifer and I are laughing our heads off...the pictures are adorable and after seeing my Jaci, I realize that I miss her even more... Thanks for being a great bird sitter.. I really appreciate you and Joe taking time with her and putting her on your blog. Jennifer says hi..and thanks too!
